We ship our products world-wide. All orders placed prior to 4.00pm will receive next day delivery in metropolitan areas.
All deliveries will be sent via StarTrack Express Post unless otherwise specified. Postage Rates are as follows:
Australia & New Zealand - Free Shipping
All other countries - $25 AUD

Need an item quick smart? Don’t stress we have got you covered. For an additional charge we offer a same day delivery service to all addresses within a 30km radius of the Melbourne CBD. Simply place your order before 2pm from Monday to Friday (Public Holidays excluded).
To check if your location qualifies for this service and to calculate the cost, simply enter your postcode at the checkout. Service Terms: This service requires that the goods must be signed for upon delivery and will not be left unattended. Strictly No P.O Boxes.
We accept VISA, MasterCard and PayPal payments. All payments are processed by PayPal, however you do not need to be a PayPal member to complete the transaction. If you are a PayPal member, you can also pay using your PayPal account.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
All the products advertised online are in stock. If an item you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable for some reason, we will contact you immediately to arrange a refund or exchange.
LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING POSTAGE
We will take every measure to ensure that your items are delivered safely. ‘Nana Judy & Friends’ takes no responsibility for loss or damage caused during transit of the goods.
We check all items before sending to ensure they are of the highest quality. If an item is faulty we will provide a replacement or store credit
We have a 14 day return policy. If you wish to return an item please contact us with details of the item you wish to exchange within 14 days of delivery. We accept returns as long as the item is new, unused, with all packaging intact and tags attached. We will not accept items if they are worn or washed. We will not issue refunds if you simply change your mind. We only exchange or issue a store credit. ‘Nana Judy & Friends’ reserves the right to assess all returns before issuing an exchange.
If you are returning an item due to incorrect sizing, change of mind or otherwise, you will be responsible for both postage costs incurred returning the goods to us, and supplying a pre-paid self addressed postage bag for us to return the goods to you.
We are happy to exchange or issue a credit for any goods providing they are returned (at your cost) unworn, in original condition, in original packaging, labels intact.
