Australian brand NANA JUDY presented their inaugural U.S. runway show at New York Fashion Week. The runway show titled, ‘Alive,’ represented the brand’s growth and evolution through time. Inspired by youth-culture, art and music, the collection is unafraid, unending and unlike anything before.
Top models Josephine Skriver, Winnie Harlow, Neels Visser, Shaun Ross, and Sebastian James, stunned the runway wearing key SS19 collection pieces.
Notable fashion influencer attendees, Jasmine Sanders, Nico Tortorella, Shiloh Thomas Fernandez, Corinne Olympios, Joy Corrigan, and Ashley Moore watched from the front row.
The runway show reflected NANA JUDY’s signature looks with a more elevated dynamic, showcasing the creative culture of the brand. PART I of the show heavily featured the brand’s iconic heritage logo, and PART II reflected on the brand’s meaning behind the name, brought to life by the highly anticipated collaboration with Disney featuring 101 Dalmatians. The collection takes on another special meaning as the brand NANA JUDY was named after the Designer’s great grandmother’s Dalmatian, aptly named Judy. Richard The Dalmatian also graced the runway to celebrate the symbolic collaboration.
