All prices on 'Nana Judy ' are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST. These are also converted to USD, GBP, EURO and NZ through changing the currency on the site. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
STANDARD SHIPPING / POSTAGE
We ship our products world-wide. NANA JUDY is based in Australia, and all orders placed prior to 2PM EST will receive next day delivery in metropolitan Australian areas.
All deliveries will be sent via Australia Express Post unless otherwise specified. Postage rates are as follows:
Australia – Free Express Shipping
New Zealand – Free Shipping via AUS POST Express (1-2 day service)
All other countries - $25 AUD via UPS Express

Need an item fast? We have got you covered. For an additional charge we offer a same day delivery service to all addresses within a 30km radius of the Melbourne CBD. Simply place your order before 2pm from Monday to Friday (Public Holidays excluded).
To check if your location qualifies for this service and to calculate the cost, simply enter your postcode at the checkout. Service Terms: This service requires that the goods must be signed for upon delivery and will not be left unattended. Strictly No P.O Boxes.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, CreditCard and PayPal payments. All payments are processed via Shopify. If you are a PayPal member, you can also pay using your PayPal account.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
All the products advertised online are in stock. If an item you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable for some reason, we will contact you immediately to arrange a refund or exchange.
We check all items before sending to ensure they are of the highest quality. If an item is faulty we will provide a replacement or store credit
We have a 30 day return policy. If you wish to return an item please fill out the returns form with your details within 30 days of delivery.
We are happy to accept returns as long as the item is new, unused, with all packaging intact and tags attached. We unfortunately can’t accept items if they are worn or washed.
If the item is new with tags we will happily exchange the item or issue a store credit.
If you have returned your order and the item requested in your return is not available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. We cannot guarantee an item will be in stock from the time of your return.
All returns must be returned to the below address and once received we will process and if applicable return to you with the freight to you our cost as we love our customers!
